The Dyalog Support Service (DSS) provides support and maintenance services to Dyalog users. DSS membership is included with new Commercial Licences, and covers all currently-supported versions of Dyalog.

Technical Assistance
Receive dedicated telephone and e-mail support for a wide range of issues, including problem reporting, bug fixing, and general inquiries. Our team is ready to assist you with troubleshooting and resolving your technical challenges.
Issue Reporting and Resolution
When a DSS member reports an issue, the issue is recorded and allocated a reference number. You will receive an e-mail notification when a resolution has been implemented and a patch is available.

Not a DSS Member?
We always try to help anyone who reports an issue to us, even those who are not DSS members. However, priority is given to issues reported by DSS members, and any updates that are necessary to resolve issues are only available to DSS members.

Vulnerabilities
