Escrow

Verified escrow to safeguard your operations

If you need to convince your stakeholders that you will be able to continue to use Dyalog no matter what happens to Dyalog Ltd, you can subscribe to our fully-verified escrow offering. A copy of the source code, including the build and quality assurance system, will be released to escrow subscribers in the event that Dyalog Ltd stops supporting the product.

If you have specific obligations in the form of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to products based on Dyalog, we can offer contractually guaranteed levels of service to match your commitments. This includes guaranteed response times, problem analysis, and solutions.
