Escrow
Source code escrow is the deposit of the source code of software with a third-party escrow agent.
Dyalog Ltd offers a fully verified escrow agreement with Escode (part of the NCC Group) so that, in the unlikely event that we become unable to continue to service our customers, our source code will be made available to those of our customers who subscribe to the service. The source code will be accompanied by a description of the software environment that is required to maintain Dyalog, including a copy of the full development environment.
This service is designed for clients who need to ensure maintainability of software built upon Dyalog for investors, customers, or other stakeholders. It guarantees that the software remains maintainable in the event of default anywhere in your supply chain.
